How to Scan & Pay in the Tim Hortons App?

1. Click on the Scan button at the bottom of your app.
2. Turn the toggle on for the “Scan & Pay” and begin to scan.
3.  Add your preferred payment method.
4. Now, the feature does the job for you!

Mobile Order and Payment Terms

These terms provide access to mobile ordering and transaction services. The services include:

• You are ordering and paying for your favorite items during or before arrival at the Tim Hortons location.
• You pay for the items you order in the restaurant or the drive-through.

You must take care (Accept and Agree) of the following provisions to use the mobile scan & pay services:

Binding Agreement

These terms of service are a binding agreement between Restaurant Brands International Inc. and you. So make sure you comply with the following:

• Have an identification that represents you are a legal citizen of one of the 48 States of the US or the District of Columbia.
• Have an identification that verifies you of a specific legal age of majority in your territory.

Privacy

You must acknowledge reviewing and understanding the Privacy Policy of the restaurant, as well as the consent to the practices described in the policy.

General

• You might not receive identical items as given in the menu images. It would be best to consider that some restaurants might not have all menu items or be unavailable on the day.
• While using the Mobile Ordering Services, select the restaurant where your order is placed and the time of pick-up/delivery.
• The Tims may not cancel your order, so select the time carefully.
• Some restaurants might have different pick-up and delivery options.
• If Tims fails to deliver your order under any circumstance, your order will not be attempted again. Also, no refund will be provided.
• The Tims will cancel your order unless the delivery to your address is available.
• You are solely responsible for all the applicable taxes tied to the order you make.
• A minimum transaction amount may apply to Mobile Ordering and Mobile Payment Services.

Termination

Tims may suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the services. 

Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

You must agree with the following:

• The disputes and claims must be resolved by one’s own. 
• You can not seek recovery or refund for the items that are not eligible.

Warranties

• Your use of mobile ordering and payment services is at your risk.
• There is no warranty about mobile ordering services meeting your needs.
• There is no warranty about a timely, complete, free-of-a-virus, or secure experience with your mobile ordering services.
